Recreational property with apartments intended to be built on the site of the current temporary construction of construction site equipment intended for demolition due to poor technical condition. There are a total of 8 apartments in the newly designed building, of which three are one-room apartments and five are two-room apartments. The apartments are primarily intended for seasonal family recreation. The heating system is solved using wood boilers common to two neighboring apartments.
