The sales office for the development project is designed as a modular building, the main part of which will be relocated after the completion of the construction of the residential complex and used as a cafe in the style of Park Café. The core of the building contains a sales office with staff facilities. A smaller mass then a sample room and a meeting room. After disconnecting the smaller mass, the core of the building will be relocated to a new location and, with minimal construction modifications, used as a cafe for the new residential complex.
