The delivery included a complete turnkey construction, including electrical installations, ZTI, heating and outdoor terraces. The total amount of construction costs reached CZK 23,375,005.56 excluding VAT. The site consists of 16 container-type modules. The imaginary social center of the recreation area consists of modules complemented by wooden terraces and paved areas for outdoor seating. The container design co-creates an informal environment. The basic material of the facades is corten in combination with wooden cladding Thermowood. Part of the roof is used for terraces with seating, the rest is covered with extensive greenery. The main functions of the modules are a cafe, bistro, sports equipment rental, changing rooms, hygiene facilities or also an advertising module.
