A family house made as a four-module building based on ground screws with a layout of 4+kk with two bathrooms. The floor area of ​​the house is approx. 92 m2 and the partially covered outdoor terrace has an area of ​​approx. 36 m2. The project was developed with the possibility of expanding the house by additional spaces in the form of an extension. The facade is covered with a combination of wooden decking and Fundermax boards.
