A family house made as a four-module building based on ground screws with a layout of 3+kk. The floor area of ​​the house is approx. 99 m2. The project was developed with the possibility of expanding the house by additional spaces in the form of an extension. The facade is made of fiber-cement boards in two shades of gray and with the frames and lining of the windows highlighted in a contrasting red color.
