The single-storey family house is laid out as 3+kk with a total usable area of ​​74.2 m2 and 20.1 m2 of terraces. The narrow plot predestined the house to have a significantly elongated rectangular floor plan. Structurally, the house is designed in a modular way based on ground screws. From an architectural point of view, the house is defined by simple masses and clean lines.
