The basic building unit is a module, from which it is possible to assemble an infinite number of variants according to individual requirements. The structural system is optimized for specific use according to the required type of building, its floor level and location.
A significant change compared to the realization of ordinary buildings is that they are not created at the place of realization, but are produced in our construction plant, where all work is carried out, including all internal wiring, installations, tiling and floors. The finished modules are transported by truck to their destination, where they are assembled and connected into a single unit. The construction is therefore not dependent on weather, does not affect the environment with heavy construction equipment, dust, noise and similar factors that arise during normal construction. The speed of construction at the construction site is therefore incomparable to traditional procedures.
We manufacture and assemble modules in a production plant in Doksy near Máchovo jezero, Czech Republic. The production plant is divided into individual production operations in which specialized processes take place. The basic ones are welding, painting, assembly of modules as well as ensuring the necessary administration and supply. The manufacturing capacity of CUBESPACE is upto 60 modules a month. In case of need, we are ready to cooperate with other manufacturing partners.
