INFORMACE O PROJEKTU |
A set of twelve 10.0 m x 3.0 m modules. The total area of the construction is 10 m x 36 m. The main section is an entrance hall. The construction includes a meeting room, 11 offices, a strongroom and a sanitary facility including an accessible toilet room. The inner space is made of drywall boards, Tarket Granit Safe is used for the flooring and Tarkett Aquarell Wall HFS PVC cladding is used in the sanitary section. Plastic windows are used in the sanitary section and anthracite aluminium is used for the entrance. Sensor sliding door is used for the entrance. Fully glazed aluminium doors are mounted in individual offices. The sanitary technical installations are built in the walls. The power distribution is provided through low-voltage electrical wiring. The building is equipped with air-conditioning and heated with electric convector heaters, or air-contitioners. A LED lighting system is used. The facade is extended with an aluminium blue RAL 5015 shelter and with a grey metal grids are used for outer cladding.

This design marketplace consists of 27 containers and 8 empty frames. The marketplace includes small restaurants with outside dining areas and pop-up shops of Czech designers. It is dominated by black colour, with trapezoidal profiled sheets, large glazed parts and tiltable display windows. The walls of the restaurants and lavatories are cladded with black laminated boards, the walls of the shops are cladded with OSBs. Designed for seasonal use.

A set of three modules of the total area of 3.0 x 16.8m. One container is a waiting room for passengers and the other two are used for commercial purposes. The inner cladding is made of drywall boards, heavy-duty PVC is laid on levelled floor. The outer cladding is made of plate glass. The entire building is air-conditioned. An electric heating system is built in the floor. The sanitary technical installations are mounted only in the close neighbourhood of the area with beverage vending machines. A LED lighting system is used. Individual subsections of the commercial section are equipped with feeders and a communicator.

15 modular containers were installed in the indoor area of the DEPO 2015 Creative zone in Pilsen. There were two two-storey workshops, one consisting of six and the other of eight modules, with a terrace and an independent single-module ground-floor shop. The construction of the modules corresponds to the renting standards, with non-standard large glass-enclosed zones and a wooden terrace used as a meeting room. The terrace and the upper floor are accessed via outer single staircases.

It is a two-storey building, each of the floors consisting of 23 modules. On
the floors, the office rooms are connected by a central corridor. On the
first floor, a toilet for handicapped people, a small kitchen, and technical
background are also located. On the second floor, there are also toilets
for women and for men. The floors are connected by an inner and an
outer staircase. The inner staircase is provided with a ceramic paving
blocks and glass handrails. The facade of the building is made of grey
trapezoidal profiled sheets and dark-grey framed windows, outdoor
blinds, and a light-weight suspended glass sunshade.

A sales office for a development project is a modular structure. Upon completion of the residential project, its main part will be relocated and used as a café in the Park Café style. The core of the project contains a sales office with staff facilities. A lesser portion houses a sample showroom and a conference room. After the smaller part is disconnected, the core of the project will be relocated to a new destination and, with minimal construction alterations, it will be used as a café for a new residential project.

The design provides for two different uses and locations of the building. In Stage 1, during the development of the AFI CITY multi-purpose complex, the building will be used as a sales office. The building is made up of a total of 4 modules, the core for the future café. There is a sales office with staff facilities in it. Following completion of all construction stages of the multi-purpose complex that do not conflict with the placement of the showroom, the building will be divided again into individual modules and relocated to its final position.After the extension, it will be used as a park café (no kitchen) for 60 persons. The original four modules will be extended with 5 additional modules. One of the new modules will house bathrooms and toilets for the café‘s guests and a technical room, the remaining modules will expand the sales area. A terrace accessible via a new exterior staircase in the vicinity of the café’s entrance will be built on the building’s roof (or its part).

The building consists of 4 modular containers. The main sales area has toilets and bathrooms adjacent to it. The façade is ventilated, respecting the expression of neighbouring buildings to be erected and providing for assembly / disassembly options. It uses fibre-cement façade white and grey cladding.

Mobile gallery of architecture was made with the intention of introducing the idea of mobile and modular architecture. The symbol of mobility – 20’ shipping container – was chosen as a basic constructional element. Round windows of different sizes create a contrast to the simple cubic form of the object of the container. The form of the facade was inspired by the body of a sea anemone.

The Auto Kelly sales booth is a pilot project of a company who want
to expand outwards their existing brick-and-mortar shops. The booth
consists of a showroom and a storage room. There are no toilets. It
is provided with high-voltage and low-voltage current wiring, air-
conditioning, and a security system. The facade is made of smooth metal
sheets, ready for sticker advertising. Inner surfaces are made of white
laminated board and black heavy-duty PVC.

Proposed one pavilion extension to existing primary school in Kolovraty increases capacity of the school by three classrooms and 90 pupils. The whole object operates as independent educational building with all necessary hygienic facilities and premises for pedagogic staff.The proposed part of the building contains 3 new classrooms, each for 30 children. The corridor allows access to changing rooms, storage, pedagogic staff room, pupil bathrooms, pedagogic staff bathrooms, disabled bathroom and utility room with boiler room.Facade finish of the building is proposed in grey render, only pillars between windows are highlighted by crayon colours. PVC windows are proposed with grey frames.

INFORMATION ABOUT PROJECT |
A new building of two-storey two-classroom nursery school without cooking facilities. The school is located in a narrow lot in the neighbourhood of family houses. One classroom is for 15 two to three and the other for 24 three to six years old children. Meals are supplied by the elementary school in Slivenec, using thermoports. With respect to the greater depth of the room, the daily light coming from two sides and it is the main source of light. Siberian Larch cladding is used on inner walls and painted wood is used for cladding of the windows. In the other parts, a contact insulation system is used, coated with plaster. The second floor is e accessed via a two-winged outer steel staircase and a single emergency evacuation staircase. An extensive green roof is used.

The single-storey family house with layout including living room with kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and bathroom with separate toilet, covering total floor area of 74.2 sq m plus 20.1 sq m of terrace. Narrow building plot has predetermined the house‘s distinctly elongated rectangular shape. The house is constructed from volumetric modules and founded on the ground screws. The architecture of the house is defined by simple minimalistic volume and clear lines.

A pilot single-module dwelling produced as a prototype of the new style of housing designed by Cubespace company. The house has total area of 18 sq m. The simple layout of the interior includes living room space and a bathroom. The façade is designed in a combination of cement composite boards combined with wooden planks. Sliding sunblinds and terrace with horizontal and vertical sunshades create distinctive architectural expression of the house.

The first stage of the project (already built) consists of two modules and has a layout with total floor area of 61 sq m including living room with kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom, wardrobe, entrance hall and utility room. The planned one module extension will add another two bedrooms and second bathroom to the current layout, expanding the total floor area to 95 sq m. Generally, the design is minimalistic regarding the aesthetic and spatial solution of the house.

The building houses back offices for the sports compounds. The new structure has been designed as a two-storey rectangular ground-plan building; the ground floor contains a passage to the playgrounds. The back offices include two cloakrooms with a washroom and toilets, each on one floor, and outside toilets for visitors. The building comprises 9 modules. The upper floor is partly recessed and creates a residential area (south terrace) with a view over Prague. The above-ground floors are connected via an exterior staircase. The plaster façade is in two shades of grey. Anthracite windows and exterior doors are made of plastic and are glazed with milk glass.

The sports hall is a part of the compounds of the Elena Maróthy Šoltésová primary school in Krupina. The new building has replaced the original school gym that was demolished. During classes, the sports hall is used as a school gym. Outside classes, sports clubs or the general public can use the facility. The hall contains a warehouse for sports equipment, a room for referees and elevated bleachers for 100 viewers. The two-storey part houses entrances, four sets of facilities consisting of a cloak room, a shower and a toilet; this section also contains a public toilet and a disabled-access toilet, a teacher‘s room with a bathroom and a toilet, a medical room / massage room, a fitness centre, a technical room and a reception / cash desk with anticipated sale of petty packed merchandise for tennis players.

This design marketplace consists of 27 containers and 8 empty frames. The marketplace includes small restaurants with outside dining areas and pop-up shops of Czech designers. It is dominated by black colour, with trapezoidal profiled sheets, large glazed parts and tiltable display windows. The walls of the restaurants and lavatories are cladded with black laminated boards, the walls of the shops are cladded with OSBs. Designed for seasonal use.

The construction consists of two identical, independent buildings, each
of them including 68 residential and sanitary modules. Both buildings are
used as a dormitory facility/shelter. Inside the facility, there are residential
units of different sizes, with a shared sanitary unit in the central section
of the building. The ground floor is barrier-free, including one residential
unit for physically disabled. Each building is divided into two halves, each
of them including two emergency escape routes to the outside of the
house, from upstairs through an outer staircase. All the inner space is
made of drywall gypsum, with PVC flooring, and with glued PVC on the
walls of the sanitary units. The outer cladding is made of metal sheet –
microfelt with the steel framework of the module visible. The windows
are made from white plastic, with an outer manual roller blind, the
entrance door is white, made of aluminium.

The dormitories for Kronospan workers consist of 64 modules organised
in two storeys with one inner staircase and two outer emergency escape
route staircases. The whole set consists of residential units, each with
a bathroom and a kitchenette. A few modules are reserved for technical
facilities, such as storage rooms, a laundry room, a boiler room. The
corridors are made by crossbarring longer modules. The building is
made of drywall boards, with PVC on the floors. PVC cladding is used in
bathrooms. The hot-water heating system is controlled from the boiling
room on the upper floor. Radiators Radík are mounted in residential
rooms, bathrooms are equipped with an electric heater above the door.
On the outer cladding of the modules microfelt is applied, the customer
installed facade made of their own boards. The windows are plastic, with
inner blinds in dual pane windows.

The variants are called Ekonom, Standard and Komfort.

Ground screws are used as the foundation for the current building. In the second phase the current house will be expanded in the ground floor level by one additional module and a modular first floor will be constructed. A concrete garage will form a future foundation for the house under the current ground floor level. The house after the completion of the second phase will have a total habitable area of approximately 145 sq m.

Family house built from 4 modules and founded on the ground screws. The total floor space of the interior is 92 sq m and exterior terrace provides additional 36 sq m. The house is designed with a possible option of extending the house by adding a second floor in the future. The façade design is defined by the combination of wooden planks and Fundermax composite façade boards.
