The dormitory for workers of the Kronospan company consists of 64 modules, arranged in two floors with one internal staircase and two escape staircases outside. The whole set consists of residential units, where each unit has its own bathroom and mini kitchen right in the room. Furthermore, there are several modules set aside for technical facilities such as warehouses, laundry room, boiler room. Corridors are made by lining up longer modules. The object is completely in the SDK version and there is PVC on the floors. The bathrooms are tiled with PVC cladding. The heating is solved as hot water with a boiler room on the second floor. Radik type radiators are installed in the living rooms, the bathrooms are heated by an electric direct heating element located above the door. The modules have a microwave on the outer shell, the customer installed the facade from their own boards. The windows are double-glazed plastic with internal blinds.
