Modular system for the dislocation of the transport department
The building was designed as a modular structure assembled from steel spatial system modules. The new building serves as an administrative facility, and the overall design of the building corresponds to this. It is a simple mass arranged in the shape of a rectangle. The facade is designed in a minimalist way, where the light gray facade sheet is supplemented on the south and north sides with dark gray stripes optically dividing the otherwise entire area. Windows in white are placed in these gray stripes to create visual contrast. The windows on the west and east sides are set in a light gray facade sheet without highlighting with gray stripes, which further disrupts the dominant visuals of the south and north sides. The entrance is highlighted by a construction of the same color as the stripes on the facade and functions both to supplement and make the entrance area clearer and as protection against bad weather. The building is finished with a flat roof with an attic.
