It is a two-story building, assembled on each floor from 25 modules. The ground floor is a facility for employees – changing rooms, washrooms, a day room with a kitchen, a cleaning room, a technical room and two offices. On the second floor there is a meeting room, an archive, a server room and offices. Both floors are also equipped with sanitary facilities and a kitchen. The floors are connected by an internal double-arm staircase and an external single-arm escape staircase. The building has an insulated contact facade, a high attic in blue color, the interior is in plasterboard.
