A family house made as a four-module building based on ground screws with a layout of 3+kk with two bathrooms. The floor area of ​​the house is approx. 90 m2 and the covered terrace has an area of ​​approx. 17 m2. The house has a gable roof due to its location in the territory of the PLA and the local regulations of the spatial plan. The facade is made of sand-colored fiber cement boards in combination with wooden boards.
