The sales office is built as a one-story building, providing a background for the developer and his clients right at the construction site of the Tulipa Třebešín residential complex. The object is composed of 4 modular containers. The main sales area is complemented by hygienic facilities. The facade is designed as ventilated, taking into account the expression of the planned surrounding objects and the possibility of assembly/disassembly. It is designed from fiber cement facade boards in white and dark gray.
