The model single-module house was produced as a prototype of Cubespace's innovative housing style. The layout of the house with a total area of ​​18 m2 consists of a living space and a bathroom. The facade is made of sand-colored fiber cement boards in combination with wooden boards. A visually striking architectural element consists of wooden sliding blinds and a raised terrace with an awning.
