The building serves as a background for the sports area. The new building is designed as a two-story building with a rectangular layout on the ground floor with a passage to the sports fields. The facilities include two changing rooms with a washroom and toilets, each on one floor, and outdoor toilets for visitors. The building consists of 9 modules. The upper floor partially recedes and thus creates a living area (southern terrace) with a view of Prague. The upper floors are connected by an outdoor staircase The facade of the building is plastered in two shades of gray. Windows and exterior doors are plastic in anthracite color, glazed with frosted glass.
