The family house is designed as a building, the complete realization of which is planned in two phases. The first phase, which has already been implemented, includes a two-module construction of the first floor with a current area of ​​approximately 45 m2. The construction is based on screws. In the second phase, the house will be expanded both on the first floor - by another module, and also by the entire second floor above the expanded first floor, and a garage. The complete house will have an area of ​​approx. 145 m2 of usable area.
